We have made our platform super easy to find products either by using our key category search, or via our Key Stages search (for schools) or with our Smart Search that enables customers to use our knowledge of AT to meet their needs.

How do I find the right product for me?

At AT Superstore we recognise just how confusing it can be to find an AT product that meets a customer's exact needs. We have made our platform super easy to find products either by using our key category search, or via our Key Stages search (for schools) or with our Smart Search that enables customers to use our knowledge of AT to meet their needs. We hope that in having different ways of searching you might find the way that works for you in finding the product that will work for you.

How do I compare products from the same categories of AT products?

We have designed AT Superstore in a way that makes it easy to compare products that sit within the same category.

How do I place an order?

Once you have found the product that you need, you can simply place an order firstly by selecting the product of interest and then clicking the 'Add To Cart' button underneath the product listings. By adding your product to the cart you will be able to continue shopping and add other products that you need to the cart. Once done, click the cart icon and check what you have selected. If you are happy, simply press the 'Checkout' button and complete your purchase.

How will my products be delivered?

Software Products.. If you have ordered software products then you will receive your software license codes via email. If you have not received an email please check your spam folder. If you still can't find your license code email then let us know by clicking here.

Hardware Products.. If you have selected any physical products then these will be delivered directly to you by courier using the shipping option that you have selected. If you have any questions or any problems associated with the shipping of physical goods to you then please let us know by clicking here.

How do I request a return of a product that I am dissatisfied with?
