How can I cancel my account?

In accordance with GDPR, you can cancel your account and anonymise your data. To do this, log into your account online, go to “My Account”, scroll to the bottom and choose “Delete Account”. Due to legal requirements, invoices, credit notes & sales orders will remain. A member of the customer services department will also be notified that you have made the request and will double-check the automated process to ensure it has been carried out correctly.

Please note that this action is not reversible. Should you wish to order from us after you have anonymised your data, you will have to sign up for a new account.
