By placing an order through this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in their entirety. Opening an account and placing an order

When placing an order with us you may register an account with us and provide us with some compulsory personal information or order as a “guest” without registering an account. Please see our privacy policy for more information on how any personal information that you do provide will be used.

You confirm that all information and details provided by you to us (including on registration) are true, accurate and up to date in all respects. You can update or correct your details at any time by going to Your Account.

Please note that completion of the online checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your offer to purchase products from us. We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge that we have received and are processing your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place the product(s) that you ordered from us are despatched.

All orders received by us through this website are subject to availability. If the item's ordered are unavailable, we will contact you by email and you will have the option to either wait until the item is available or to cancel your order.

Prices, Payment, and Delivery

All prices shown on our website are shown inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), unless otherwise shown, at the prevailing rate. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

The products and services displayed on this website are available to those living in the UK and within the European Union.

Prices for delivery will be provided during the order process. Prices charged will be those in force at the date of the Customer's order and charged from the drop-ship manufacturer. Please note: Some outlying and remote postal addresses may incur additional delivery charge. The additional delivery charge will be calculated during checkout based on the delivery address provided.

During the checkout process, you will be asked to securely enter your payment details. By completing your payment details you confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. All fields indicated as compulsory must be completed. All card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer. Payment must be made at time of ordering by credit/debit card or PayPal.

Under normal circumstances, all physical goods on your order will be despatched from the manufacturer within 48 hours. If an item is out of stock, either the manufacturer or AT Superstore will advise you by email and endeavour to supply the item as soon as possible.

You should check all products you receive against your order. If the products you receive are damaged or incorrectly supplied on delivery then you must inform us (by contacting Customer Service ) within 7 days of your delivery.

Cancellations and Returns for Physical Goods

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013) (“CCR”) you have a right to cancel all or part of your contract at any time up to 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods, without giving any reason.

For all return requests, contact AT Superstore Customer Service who will process the request initially.

If you believe your product is faulty, you must notify AT Superstore within 30 days from receipt of goods. If you return a product stating that the product is faulty, and subsequently it is deemed that the product is not indeed faulty, or if the product is returned in an opened state which means we are unable to resale the item, then no refund will be provided and the product/s will be returned to you. We reserve the right to charge for packing and despatch of such items.

Return policies for physical goods are based on the manufacturer’s unique return policy. Any requests for return for physical products are subject to this return policy and upon acceptance of the return from the manufacturer. The cost of returning and or replacing the goods will be detailed in the manufacture’s returns policy. The return policies are found in the AT Superstore manufacturer’s product description, on the “order acknowledgment” email and on the “notification of despatch” email. Ensure you have read the manufacturers returns policy before purchasing.

AT Superstore will not be responsible for any loss or damage to returned product in transit and, for this reason, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service (i.e. tracked and insured). If products returned to the manufacturer directly by you are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right not to refund any amounts attributable to such loss or damage. If you are returning items we must be notified before return. For all return requests, contact AT Superstore Customer Service who will process the request initially.

On receipt and acceptance of legitimately returned goods, AT Superstore will reimburse you within 14 days. Any refunds given by AT Superstore will be made to the debit/credit card account or PayPal Account (as applicable) provided when you placed your order. We may need to contact you for your credit card details in order to make the refund.

Cancellations and Returns for Software

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013) (“CCR”) you have a right to cancel all or part of your contract at any time up to 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods, without giving any reason.

Your right to cancellation does not apply to downloaded software. Electronic Software Delivery (ESD) Software that is purchased as a download is considered opened at the time of purchase and is not able to be returned unless the originally purchased software is deemed defective.

If the Software was purchased incorrectly such as wrong platform, a replacement will be provided.

Note: Most Software titles have trial versions available via download. This allows prospective buyers to evaluate the product at their leisure to ensure that the software meets their needs before purchasing.

Legitimate requests for return of Software Licensing purchased as a download/link will be considered on a case-by-case base. Any requests for a return for Software Licensing must be provided to AT Superstore within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. All software volume licensing returns are first subject to acceptance of the return from the software developer.

If you believe your product is faulty, you must notify AT Superstore within 30 days from receipt of goods.
