Brain in Hand provides personalised support for neurodivergent people, combining expert human coaching with digital tools. Users receive on-demand 24/7 support alongside a mobile and web app with diaries, planning tools, timelines, and solution packs, plus access to videos and live events. Designed for autistic and ADHD individuals, it helps reduce anxiety, manage overwhelm, improve organisation, and support wellbeing and independence.

Bringing neurodiversity coaching into everyday moments
Coaching sessions support with the initial set up and continue throughout the licence period with regular reviews. The coach will help the user to break down challenges, manage wellbeing, develop coping strategies, and achieve their goals. Ongoing coaching helps the user to recognise stress triggers, maintain motivation and learn how to prevent escalations in anxiety. The digital diary (synced up with the user’s work, school or personal calendar) allows them to plan their day, week, or just the next few hours, and helps them to manage routines, deadlines, and transitions.
Mood monitoring for emotional wellbeing
Users can receive prompts throughout the day, at a frequency personalised to them, to check in with themselves and record how they are feeling.
Immediate human assistance when unexpected challenges arise
With our 24/7 on-demand support, users can quickly and easily request support from directly within the app. A team of responders are on hand to provide solution-focused support to users’ requests within 30 mins. Responders will get in touch using a preferred contact method, supporting users to address immediate concerns, and work through their solutions and coping strategies.

The solution packs are a bank of practical solutions to common problems, developed through research and in collaboration with our users. The most used solution packs can be pinned to the home screen, with more solutions being accessed through the solutions button. The app comes with a number of ready-made solution packs. There is also the option to create an individual solution or pack from scratch, tailored to a user’s individual needs or strategies.
Returns
You have a statutory right to cancel (without giving a reason) within 14 days of paying the Licence Fee. We also offer an extended cancellation period of up to 90 days from the date the Service User is invited to register. If the Licence has been activated, you will be entitled to a pro-rated refund of the Licence Fee, calculated based on the number of full unused months remaining in the Licence Period. If it has not been activated, you will be entitled to a full refund of the Licence Fee.
